Who is Lombell Mixology and Planning?

His actual name is Allan Lombell he is a chef and mixologist that started in the hospitality industry over 25 years ago, working from nightclubs, hotels, fine-dining restaurants and he was also part of the management team in the food and beverage department for the Calgary Stampede (the largest outdoor rodeo in the world, having more than a million people per day) he has competed and won awards as a chef and as a mixologist in different parts of the world. He started doing catering and event planning in Mexico and had the pleasure of doing huge events for celebrities, professional athletes and politicians, now he is back in Alaska and wants to make his team be part of your special events.

Our Goal

Not only we want to be part of your events, but we also want to network and help our fellow bartenders and chefs stand out starting here in Anchorage and hopefully the rest of the world, that is why in all of our events we hire bartenders and cooks from other restaurants and bars for us to create a healthy community and to help each other succeed in this industry.

  • All our bartenders are sent with their personal bar kit and a mobile bar (if needed)

  • We have a list of all our bartenders with their resumes and we personally choose the one that adapts to all your needs. if you need one with wine knowledge or classic cocktail knowledge.
